I am planning to offer some blog workshops in the Diocese at the back end of 2007 - given the difficulties of communication in even a small Diocese like Bradford it is beyond me that every Bishop is not blogging, and that every Diocese is not providing computers so all clergy at least can read their thoughts and reflections. The level of ignorance about this resource is quite staggering.

Another excellent Blogging Bishop is David Chillingworth who is Episcopal Bishop of St Andrews and a former youth work colleague - he offers little gems of posts see

Another blog, that I've been meaning to tell you about since I found it:

http://westminstercathedral.blogspot.com/

It's updated - almost daily - by the Cathedral Administrator, the Rev Msgr Mark Langham. While it is different from most of the blogs you link to, being more about the daily life of the institution rather than the toils and tribulations of its clergy, it's still fascinating to read. There are always lots of beautiful photos as well, many - with corresponding anecdotes - of areas the public are rarely able to see.

Blimey. Literally. Bishop Mike's blog is for me and I suspect many others, unreadable. Small white text on a black background? It sends my eyes into spasms! But maybe I should be telling him..
