Last year my students and I insituted the feast of St Megingaud as an official Robinson College Chapel feast. The purpose of this was so that we could legitimately break the Lenten fast and go out for Chocolate Fudge Cake on my birthday.
This year we're celebrating St Megingaud with a pizza party. I do like saints...

Happy birthday, Maggi.

Happy Birthday!
Which day exactly is it? (Mine was yesterday -- turned 50 -- not that I'm obsessing or anything.)

Maggi,
Happy Birthday! My birthday also often happens during Lent. Most unfortunate. It's nice to know there's a religious excuse for chocolate cake, although I daresay your birthday would be reason enough to celebrate - Lent or no.

Hope you're really better to enjoy it. Hugs xx

Interesting there are no female saints for March 16 (at least not at http://www.catholic.org/saints/sofd.php).
So obviously, Maggi, some day you may be the first one.
